Production Supervisor

Position Description

We are ServiceMaster Restoration Services. One of the largest disaster restoration companies in the US – we provide water damage and fire damage services to residential and commercial customers – is in search of a Production Supervisor for the Bay Area Region. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for helping to drive the continued growth of a multi-million-dollar branch through exceptional customer service. For context, our company is a fast-growing private equity backed organization that is managed by an experienced senior leadership team growing consistently year over year while executing on an exciting M&A roll-up strategy.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing the water and fire damage restoration projects and production, supervising all production crews. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for on-call activities 24/7 on a rotational basis. As well, you will assist the Branch in developing and implementing strategies, focused on delivering exceptional service, developing our people, and growing profitably.

Responsibilities:

· Support and develop production employees through on-going training

· Create and manage schedule of projects while handling any new emergency services

· Balance daily workloads, forecast upcoming volume and staff accordingly

· Oversee and maintain operations of all production departments and provide assistance, coaching and training to employees on an as needed basis

· Compile schedules; generate work orders such as personnel assignments, manage workflow, and complete all related administrative tasks within designated timelines

· Coordinate production activities with the organization's overall goals and objectives in mind

· Ensure that production staff works accurately and efficiently

· Effective use of control assets, manage department to assigned budgetary targets, maintain records and cost reports, requisition materials and supplies as needed to meet demand

Requirements:

· Ability to manage multiple projects

· A minimum of 3 to 5 years restoration experience

· A minimum of 2 to 5 years supervisory experience

· Knowledge of residential and commercial restoration

· Knowledge of insurance industry

· Must have a current, valid driver's license with a good driving record, be bondable and insurable
